Nice spot near the stadium

We stayed for a night and the place was pretty awesome! The rooms were clean and had a cool walk-in shower. The staff were super attentive, which was great! Plus, we loved grabbing snacks at the bar after exploring the area. Only bummer was some noise from other guests after hours.

the check-in process took longer than expected. but the breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of fresh fruits. the fitness center had plenty of equipment. and the room had a lovely marble bathroom with good amenities.

Be sure to try the impressive conference facilities. they are well-equipped and create a productive environment for business events.

During my stay, I loved being within a few steps from the Plaza de Cuzco and less than a 10-minute walk to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, which made exploring the city so enjoyable and effortless. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my solo adventure.

During my stay, I appreciated the breakfast choices available. It was nice to find a variety that catered to different tastes. The location made it easy for me to explore the local shops, which I prefer. I also enjoyed the comfortable room, particularly the modern fittings.

The slow drainage in the basin was noticeable, and I had issues with the bed size, as I requested a double but got two singles pushed together.

We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our Premium Room. Each morning, breakfast was a delightful feast, and the atmosphere felt relaxing.

However, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning well during our stay, making the nights a bit uncomfortable. We also found some parts of the hotel needing a little sprucing up.
